About Guest Author: Abigail Viray

Abigail Viray is a licensed civil engineer and environmental planner practicing in the field of traffic and transport for 11 years.  She has been working for SMDI Consultants since 2013 and is currently designated as Senior Manager.  Abigail has been a user of PTV Vissim since 2014 and is a certified trainer of PTV Vissim and PTV Vistro since 2017. She has been involved in the conduct of transportation studies for different railway projects, traffic surveys and decongestion studies for private agencies and tollway operators and traffic impact studies for various real estate developers in the Philippines.
